Responsible for providing customer service to ChemAid Laboratories, Inc. customers, creating and maintaining status charts, and assisting with pricing quotations. Requires excellent in-depth knowledge of industry products and strong customer orientation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience within the cosmetic/personal care industry customer relations
  • Basic mathematical skills required
