What You Will Do
Manage the day-to-day execution of assigned lateral partner searches from launch through onboarding, coordinating sourcing, interviews, feedback, diligence, approvals, offer support, transition planning, and handoffs while tracking deadlines and escalating decisions or risks as needed.

Requirements
- BA, BS or equivalent required
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in attorney recruiting with demonstrated exposure to partner recruiting or practice growth initiatives
- Experience supporting complex recruiting processes, preferably lateral partner hiring
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Strong consultative selling, persuasion, and influencing skills
- Excellent project management, organization, and attention to detail
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Professional presence and strong relationship-management skills
- Sound judgment, integrity, and discretion
- Proactive and resourceful, with practical problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and consistently apply recruiting systems, templates, processes, reporting standards, and quality controls
