Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Manager in the field of Energy Transition for our Thermal Sciences practice in Natick MA. In this role, you will work as part of a team to help our clients solve challenging technical problems which are often urgent, high profile, and multi-disciplinary. You will also be responsible for expanding our capabilities in the areas of renewable energy, alternative energy, energy storage, and energy transition.
What You Will Do
Providing consulting services and developing business on a wide variety of systems, components and facilities, including wind power, solar power, hydrogen systems, alternative fuels, energy storage, energy transmission, power plants, and gathering and synthesizing information from a wide variety of sources.

Requirements
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- 10+ years of related work experience
- Presently legally authorized to work in the United States
- Professional Engineering license preferred
- Significant business development experience with a proven track record
- Demonstrated leadership skills, proven ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment, and strong mentoring skills with technical staff
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel on short notice
- Strong project management and leadership experience
