Job Description
The Senior Manager - Equipment is responsible for leading the equipment management function, including oversight of a team of Equipment Managers, administration of the maintenance budget, and ensuring fleet assets are effectively aligned with business needs.

Requirements

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Equipment Managers to ensure high performance and accountability.
  • Oversee fleet asset management, including utilization, lifecycle planning, and optimization strategies.
  • Manage departmental budgets, including maintenance spend, invoicing, and cost control initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with preventative maintenance programs and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and maintain standardized system-wide repair guidelines and decision frameworks.
