Job Description
The Senior Manager - Events & Marketing role serves as a strategic marketing lead for key assets, elevating brand visibility and driving foot traffic, dwell time, revenue, leasing activity and other property-specific objectives through integrated marketing campaigns, events, and community-focused initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years relevant in marketing and events
  • Passion for commercial real estate and place-making
  • Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and Meta advertising tools
  • Background in marketing, communications, and/or event management
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with a resourceful, solutions-oriented mindset
