Job Description
We are recruiting for a Senior Manager - Finance to lead accounting and finance operations of the Americas and undertake cost-saving and profit maximization strategic initiatives through process improvement and digital initiatives.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Americas and Local GAAP, US and Latin America business practices.
  • Closely worked with FP&A & Business Leadership.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Knowledge of Oracle enterprise and fusion applications.
  • Proficient in basic computing skills including MS office.
  • Prior experience in Project Management & Automation Initiatives is welcome.
  • Self-motivated and a dynamic team player.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of internal and external personnel.
  • Strong management, interpersonal, organization, research, technical analysis and written and verbal communications skills.
  • Minimum of a bachelors in accounting, related field or equivalent experience, CPA/CFA preferred.
  • Knowledge of any data analytics tool a plus like Power BI, Alteryx.
  • Preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish.
