Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering

- Strong understanding of high-voltage testing, electrical grid systems, and related technologies
- In-depth knowledge of electrical equipment testing methodologies, standards, and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to understand customer requirements, develop tailored solutions, and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to lead, guide, motivate, and delegate to deliver results
