Job Description
Hyatt is seeking a Senior Manager - HR Field Operations to join their Americas Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on hospitality, lifestyle, or brand-led environments. This role will involve partnering with Field Operations leadership to embed people strategy into business strategy and championing the creation and sustainment of vibrant, care-based cultures that are locally authentic and brand-guided.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources
  • Senior leadership role with a demonstrated track record of success
  • Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or brand-led environments
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Understanding of Latin American cultural norms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with HR operating systems (e.g., EIS, UKG/Kronos/Dimensions, Taleo)
  • Ability to travel as required
