Job Description
Hyatt is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Field Operations, to join their Americas Human Resources team. The role involves supporting leaders and teams across the Lifestyle portfolio to deliver on their promise of distinctive, high-performing hospitality. The ideal candidate will be a people-first leader who sees culture as a competitive advantage and believes the best results come from inspired teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role
  • A people-first leader who sees culture as a competitive advantage and believes the best results come from inspired teams
  • Experience leading sensitive investigations and resolving complex colleague issues
  • Deep understanding of HR compliance, employee relations, and organizational development
  • Well-developed business and financial acumen with the ability to create and execute strategy to drive results
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Understanding of Latin American cultural norms
  • Confident, composed and persuasive executive presence with the ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Proven cultural and change management experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with HR operating systems (e.g., EIS, UKG/Kronos/Dimensions, Taleo)
  • Ability to travel as required
