Job Description
Hyatt is seeking a Senior Manager - HR Field Operations to join their Americas Human Resources team. The role will involve collaborating with Field Operations leadership and regional teams to embed people strategy into business strategy, championing the creation and sustainment of vibrant, care-based cultures, and supporting property HR leaders in maintaining rigorous compliance standards.
Requirements
10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources
At least 2 years in a senior leadership role
A people-first leader who sees culture as a competitive advantage
Experience leading sensitive investigations and resolving complex colleague issues
Deep understanding of HR compliance, employee relations, and organizational development
Well-developed business and financial acumen
Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Understanding of Latin American cultural norms
Confident, composed and persuasive executive presence
Proven cultural and change management experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Familiarity with HR operating systems (e.g., EIS, UKG/Kronos/Dimensions, Taleo)
Ability to travel as required
