Role OverviewThe role is focused on senior project management of various civil engineering projects, including administrative functions, engineering functions, proposals, budgets, scheduling, client meetings, tracking, reporting, contracts, and status reports.
What You Will Do
Manage Shrewsberry personnel and sub-contractors to meet contract/project deliverables, represent Shrewsberry in assigned locations, and provide technical delivery of complex roadway designs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited university or college
- 15+ years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in a consultant role
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- Proven track record of project delivery of transportation design projects
- Prior experience leading and developing teams with direct reports
