Role OverviewSeeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead key accounting functions within our Crude Marketing Services division. This critical leadership role oversees Joint Interest Billing (JIB), Revenue Accounting, and related financial processes for our E&P operations.
What You Will Do
Lead Joint Interest Billing (JIB) Operations, Manage Revenue Accounting, Drive system enhancements, configuration improvements, and integration projects to streamline upstream accounting workflows, Prepare and analyze upstream financial reports, variance analysis, and ad-hoc reports for management and external stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience in the upstream oil & gas industry
- Minimum 5 years at a supervisory or manager level
- Significant hands-on experience with Joint Interest Billing (JIB) and Joint Venture Accounting
- Strong Revenue Accounting background, including production revenue, royalties, and tax reporting
- SAP experience (JVA, PRA, FI/CO)
- Experience with complex joint venture agreements, AFE management, and partner settlements
