Senior Manager, General Accounting role within a global organization, ideal for Big 4-trained accounting leaders who want to move beyond execution into influence, ownership, and strategic impact.

Requirements

  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close for North America legal entities
  • Ensure full compliance with IFRS / US GAAP and internal accounting guidelines
  • Act as the primary audit liaison, managing external auditors and quarterly/annual reviews
  • Provide oversight and direction to Shared Services General Accounting teams
  • Partner cross-functionally with Controlling, Tax, Treasury, and Order-to-Cash teams
  • Drive process optimization, control enhancement, and efficiency improvements
  • Support special initiatives including M&A activity and system implementations
  • Serve as a trusted accounting advisor to finance and business stakeholders
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
