Senior Manager, Accreditation Systems Integrity

The Senior Manager, Accreditation Systems Integrity is responsible for managing and continually improving ANAB's management system, operational processes, and cross-functional business practices. This role serves as a critical link between ANAB's business operations and technology development efforts, with significant responsibility for supporting the continued evolution of Audeee, ANAB's accreditation management platform.

What You Will Do

Manage implementation and continual improvement of ANAB's management system and related operational processes. Lead initiatives that support accreditation requirements, management system objectives, and organizational continual improvement efforts. Partner with leaders across ANAB to identify opportunities for operational improvement, consistency, efficiency, and risk reduction.

Requirements

• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
• Ten years of relevant experience may be substituted for an associate degree.
• Experience with management systems, quality assurance, auditing, accreditation, compliance, process improvement, or related disciplines preferred.
• Experience coordinating projects and working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience gathering business requirements, supporting software implementations, managing system enhancements, or facilitating cross-functional process improvement initiatives is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, conformity assessment, accreditation processes, or quality management systems is highly desirable.
• Experience supporting business applications, workflow systems, software implementations, or technology-enabled business process improvements is preferred.
