Job Description
Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics position requires developing data models, collaborating with project teams, and managing testing and validation processes. The role involves strategic recommendations, data-driven decision making, and supervising associates. Requires Master's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 2 years of experience in data analytics or related field; OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 4 years of experience in data analytics or related field.

Requirements

  • Develop data models for multiple projects within a business area or category to drive business results and value.
  • Collaborate with project team to implement modeling solutions.
  • Manage the development and implementation of prototypes and production-ready complex algorithms for multiple projects.
  • Manage the testing and validation process to monitor the solution.
  • Collaborate with Advanced Analytics Experts to develop new data analysis techniques.
  • Manage the development and application of advanced analytics to address unique business and technical problems, and support data-driven decision making.
  • Make strategic recommendations to analytics leadership based on data analysis.
  • Support more experienced team members with the development of data analysis strategies; participate in strategy development conversations.
  • Collaborate with functional leadership and cross-functional teams to develop consultative solutions for multiple projects for a business area, category or prototype.
  • Interact on a daily basis and collaborate with external business partners and vendors.
  • Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance; accordingly, developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness.
