Role Overview

Serve as a primary commercial advisor to a defined portfolio of operators and hotels, conduct performance reviews, translate corporate commercial strategy into actionable property-level initiatives, and analyze portfolio performance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in same field, industry, or other equivalent business/function role
  • Demonstrated expertise in revenue management, sales strategy, and distribution
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret P&L statements and ownership return metrics
  • Experience presenting to ownership groups or executive stakeholders
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority
  • Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills
