Role OverviewKREWE is looking for a Senior Manager of Brand Marketing to help define how the brand shows up in the world and drive the strategies that generate awareness, demand, and long-term brand equity. This role sits at the center of the marketing organization, responsible for translating business objectives into integrated brand and marketing strategies that connect with consumers across every touchpoint.

You will partner closely with Creative, PR, Retail, Digital, and Product teams to develop compelling campaigns, identify opportunities to grow cultural relevance, and ensure the brand consistently shows up in impactful and meaningful ways.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or consumer brands
- Proven success developing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness, consumer demand, and business growth
- Strong understanding of how brands build cultural relevance through storytelling, partnerships, PR, events, activations, and community
- Experience translating business objectives into compelling omnichannel marketing plans across Retail, eCommerce, CRM, Social, PR, and Wholesale
- Demonstrated ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level, moving seamlessly from vision and planning to implementation
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience partnering closely with Creative, Digital, PR, Product, and Retail teams
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience building scalable processes, operating rhythms, and marketing systems that enable teams to perform at a high level
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for mentoring teams and elevating the quality of work around you
