Senior Manager, Business Development

Requirements

• Develop and execute comprehensive business development and marketing strategies
• Track emerging company financings and venture activity
• Partner with Securities & Capital Markets teams to monitor IPO pipelines
• Collaborate with Mergers & Acquisitions teams to identify likely acquisition targets
• Coordinate with partners and stakeholders to produce high-quality pitches, proposals, and RFP responses
• Work with global business development colleagues to identify and advance cross-selling initiatives
• Develop, maintain, and refine practice marketing materials
• Evaluate, manage, and execute sponsorships and strategic partnerships
• Plan and oversee client events, webinars, seminars, and conferences
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams on media relations, thought leadership, and digital initiatives
