Job Description
As Scout's Capital Markets Senior Manager, you will play an integral role in capital raising activities for our growing portfolio of utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage projects.

Requirements

  • Own transactions across the investment lifecycle – from origination to due diligence, definitive documentation, and deal closing.
  • Develop compelling transaction marketing materials for distribution to prospective lenders and investors.
  • Analyze and negotiate term sheets and proposals to support recommendations for optimal financing structures to senior management.
  • Oversee transaction models for debt, tax equity, and other equity processes.
  • Develop and manage relationships with external counsel, advisors, and providers of debt, tax equity, and equity capital to optimize our project financings.
  • Drive on-time conclusion of approval and closing processes by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
