Role OverviewThe Senior Manager, Commercial AI Governance & Operations runs the operational engine of the Commercial AI Council, owning the use case lifecycle from intake through Council review and follow-through. This colleague is accountable for the quality of every use case that enters the pipeline, owns Tier 3 (Exploration) cases end to end, and secures senior leader alignment before elevating higher-tier use cases to the Senior Director for Council review.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 5 years of experience; OR a PhD with 1+ years of experience
- Experience in governance, program or portfolio management, or operations within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Experience running or facilitating cross-functional forums with senior leadership and converting input into decisions
- Sound, independent judgment with the ability to make and defend governance decisions
- Flexible and change-agile, able to expand scope and adapt ways of working as the Council's remit grows
