Role OverviewThe Senior Manager, Commercial Analytics (Immunology - HLH) will help commercial teams understand the factors that drive emapalumab use. They will develop comprehensive performance narratives for leadership and develop relationships with cross-functional partners to inform their perspectives. They will inform data strategy in collaboration with our Commercial Data Management team. They will perform ad hoc analyses against raw data and design dashboard improvements for field and sales executives.
What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities include demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, communicating complex ideas clearly and concisely in presentations, designing and managing improvements to dashboards, informing and evolving thinking for data needs, and producing regular reports, presentations, and executive summaries.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience in the pharma/biotech industry in a commercial or consulting role
- 2+ years working with pharmaceutical data sets including claims, DDD, and 867/852 data
- Prior experience in primary research required - lead experience preferred
- Mature SQL and/or Python data analytics skills, with comfort accessing data across a variety of platforms
- Preferred experience with Tableau or similar BI tool
- Analytical reasoning abilities, intellectual curiosity, and creativity in problem solving
- Ability to understand, analyze, and assimilate complex issues
- Ability to interact effectively with, and present verbally and in writing to, all levels of the organization
