Job Description
At Netflix, we're seeking a Senior Manager, Compensation to support our Product and Technology (P&T) business. This role will shape compensation strategy and lead strategic initiatives for P&T, working closely with senior leaders and HR teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant compensation experience
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with large data sets and advanced modeling in Google Sheets or Excel
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for compensation and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
