Senior Manager, Consolidations

The Senior Manager, Consolidations will support the global monthly close process, including the consolidation of financial statements, elimination of intercompany balances, and compliance with U.S. GAAP. This role will partner closely with the Financial Reporting and Analysis team to prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements and related reporting.

What You Will Do

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process for multiple subsidiaries and business units. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements in compliance with GAAP and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related from an accredited, not-for-profit, in person, University or College.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• 7+ years of experience in financial consolidations, intercompany accounting, and external or internal financial reporting; or 5+ years of relevant experience combined with a Master's degree or equivalent mix of education, experience, and professional accounting credentials.
• Experience managing general ledger close processes within a large, multinational public company environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and financial reporting platforms.
• Demonstrated people leadership and direct management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven analytical and critical-thinking capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and drive informed business decisions.
• Ability to effectively lead teams while collaborating across functions to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
