Role OverviewSupport the strategy, architecture, implementation, and optimization of enterprise data and AI products aligned to portfolio and business priorities. Responsible for scalable data platforms, AI-enabled solutions, and Agentic AI capabilities that automate, optimize, and accelerate business outcomes across the organization.
What You Will Do
Inform enterprise data products, support implementation and user adoption, design, implement, operate, and test enterprise data products, and ensure appropriate privacy, security, de-identification, and data use controls.

Requirements
- Accredited bachelor’s degree in quantitative field
- 8+ years of relevant experience in quantitative focused positions
- 3+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries
- Experience of working with 1st Party datasets
- Experience of working on 3rd Party Demand/Sales/Claims datasets
- Experience of working on Internal Commercial datasets
- Experience of working on CRM data
- Experience of working on business processes
- Experience in performing Data Analysis, and writing SQL Data Queries
- Demonstrated project management skills in a team setting
- Highly proficient in pharma market data, vendors, technology platforms and best practices
- Proficient in various patient-level data as well as other syndicated patient data sources
- Highly proficient analytical and strategic thinking
- Experience working within regulated environments and implementing data or AI solutions subject to privacy, security, governance, and compliance requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to foster enterprise-wide innovation and transformation
- Ability to lead collaboration without direct authority and navigate in ambiguous environment and agility to adapt changing priorities of the organization
- Able to identify best practices and contribute to continuous improvement
