What You Will Do
Lead and develop high-performing data, analytics, and development teams, partner with business and technology leaders to align priorities and deliver solutions, define and execute the roadmap for enterprise data, development, and AI-enabled capabilities, and establish data governance, quality, accessibility, security, and technical standards across the organization.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, development, data management, or related technical disciplines
- 3+ years of experience leading technical teams or enterprise initiatives
- Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience translating business needs into scalable data, development, and technology solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, architecture, integrations, and modern development practices
- Experience building or scaling enterprise data platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
- Experience with cloud platforms, data warehousing, data modeling, Power BI, and enterprise integrations preferred
- Exposure to AI/ML technologies, relevant technical certifications, and construction or project-based industries preferred
