Role OverviewFieldguide is establishing a new state of trust for global commerce and capital markets through automating and streamlining the work of advisory, audit, and tax practitioners at the world's largest CPA firms. As a Senior Manager, Deployed Engineering, you'll lead important deployments yourself, write production code, and build the FDE team. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer leadership.
What You Will Do
As a player, you'll lead deployments, write production code, and handle the hardest technical problems directly. As a coach, you'll build the FDE team, make deployment repeatable, and turn field work into product.

Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in forward deployed, deployment, solutions or customer engineering
- Experience leading or mentoring engineers
- Experience writing production software recently
- Comfort in front of senior enterprise stakeholders
- Good judgment about building for one customer versus the platform
