Job Description
The Sr. Manager, Digital Product is responsible for translating business and customer needs into clear, actionable work for a cross-functional delivery team, defining and refining user stories, prioritizing the team backlog, and ensuring the team is focused on delivering the highest-value outcomes for members and colleagues.

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in product functions, with a strong history of delivering health care products at scale.
  • Experience in large, matrixed organizations
  • Familiarity with healthcare data and processes
  • 5 years of Agile/SAFe or similar methodologies and leading cross-functional ceremonies experience.
  • 5 years of experience with professional communication and good business acumen skills.
  • 5 years of experience using analytics and experimentation to guide decisions.
