Role OverviewThe Senior Manager, Elections Operations & Governance advances the IEEE Annual Election by working with key leaders, volunteers, and staff to deliver a secure, transparent, and continuously improving IEEE Annual Election experience. This role supports the Election Oversight and Tellers Committees and their programs through comprehensive management, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
The Senior Manager oversees large campaign events and election communications, reviews allegations of election-related misconduct, and advises on elections and candidate campaign programs across IEEE. This person serves as a subject-matter expert in end-to-end election management, related technology, and governance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as communications or business administration, and/or equivalent relevant experience
- 7-10 years of experience working in a professional office environment
- Experience in professional society or non-government organization
- Experience with project management skills, budgeting and forecasting, and familiarity working with and interpreting governing documents/policies
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Association Executive (CAE) preferred
