Role OverviewThe Senior Manager of Engineering will lead all engineering and facility operations within the Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing site, overseeing equipment reliability, facility systems, utilities, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring full compliance with cGMP, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities include leading engineering teams, providing technical direction, developing long-term engineering strategies, overseeing equipment installation and qualification, ensuring equipment operates at peak performance, and implementing CAPA for equipment and process issues.

- Proven leadership experience managing engineering and facility teams
- Deep understanding of cGMP, validation, and regulatory requirements
