Role OverviewThe Senior Manager, Enterprise FP&A is responsible for leading enterprise analysis, forecasting, ad hoc analysis, financial modeling, process improvement, and transformation. This role is both strategic and hands-on, ensuring FP&A programs are well-managed, compliant, and accurately connected to the business strategy.
What You Will Do
Own enterprise performance reporting, lead the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and Long-Range Plan, conduct variance analysis and KPI monitoring, build and maintain financial models, and prepare and present executive-level financial insights.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 6 years' experience in finance or analytical role
- Experience with consolidated executive and board reporting across multiple business units or regions
- Development and ownership of strategic and financial modeling, including driver-based forecasting and three-statement mechanics
- Experience with an enterprise consolidation or EPM platform (OneStream, Hyperion, Longview, Anaplan, Adaptive, or similar)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
