Job Description
Checkr is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales to drive rapid growth in their Enterprise segment. This role involves leading and coaching a team of Enterprise Account Executives, focusing on inbound demand and potential new accounts, and building a strong, customer-centric culture. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally and focus on closing large deals, significantly increasing Checkr’s market share.
Requirements
Participate in the development of the strategy to accelerate Enterprise sales and growing existing customers.
Drive strategy within the enterprise segment as it relates to new logo acquisition.
Manage and lead a team of 5 to 9 Enterprise AEs, ensuring productivity and goal achievement.
Establish key relationships with prospects across the United States.
