Job Description
Checkr is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales to drive rapid growth in their Enterprise segment. This role involves leading and coaching a team of Enterprise Account Executives, focusing on inbound demand and potential new accounts, and building a strong, customer-centric culture. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally and focus on closing large deals, significantly increasing Checkr’s market share.

Requirements

  • Participate in the development of the strategy to accelerate Enterprise sales and growing existing customers.
  • Drive strategy within the enterprise segment as it relates to new logo acquisition.
  • Manage and lead a team of 5 to 9 Enterprise AEs, ensuring productivity and goal achievement.
  • Establish key relationships with prospects across the United States.
