Role OverviewServe as a trusted partner to business leadership to promote the highest standards of ethical and compliant business conduct. Manage a portfolio of GEC programs and operations, develop content and conduct training on various ethics & compliance topics, and lead Compliance Performance Reviews to prevent, detect, and assess ethics and compliance risks.
What You Will Do
Act as the point of contact for employees to help address Ethics & Compliance questions or concerns, conduct COI reviews, and escalate as required by RTX and Collins policy and practice. Disposition RTX GEC Annual Certification variant responses and serve as a project manager on several different Global Ethics and Compliance program initiatives.

Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
- Expert ability in aggregating and analyzing data using Microsoft Excel and translating data into informative reports and presentations
- Experience integrating data from varied sets into a common tool such as scorecards and risk assessments
- Experience developing and managing business analytics dashboards and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, etc.)
