Role OverviewAs Senior Manager, External Reporting, you will drive Everpure's public financial reporting integrity and compliance across U.S. GAAP and SEC standards. You will partner cross-functionally across Finance, Legal, Investor Relations, and external audit to champion reporting excellence and elevate technical accounting analysis.
What You Will Do
You will lead the preparation and review of SEC filings, oversee the tie-out of financial statements, ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations, and manage the external reporting calendar.
