Swire Coca-Cola is a family-owned bottling company seeking a Senior Manager, Facilities & Construction to create and lead strategic plans for facilities across the Swire network, supporting business operations and financial goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management or related field
  • 10+ years leadership experience in facilities maintenance and/or construction management
  • 4+ years 'field level' or supervisory experience in on-site construction projects
  • Experience estimating and managing commercial/industrial construction
  • Experience planning and managing projects
  • Experience creating and maintaining budgets
  • Experience managing cost variances
