Role OverviewThe Senior Manager, Finance North America serves as a key strategic finance leader supporting Valvoline Global's commercial, operational, and transformational priorities across the region. This role provides advanced financial stewardship, insight, and partnership to Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Business Development.
What You Will Do
Lead North America commercial finance activities, drive the North Americas Transformation Operating Model, partner with Sales and Supply Chain to deliver North America volume, revenue, and EBIT commitments, and build and elevate North America Finance talent.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
- Demonstrated success in commercial, operational, or strategic finance roles
- Expertise in financial modeling, valuation (NPV, IRR, payback), pricing structures, and business case development
- Strong understanding of commercial processes, supply chain operations, and manufacturing or distribution economics
- Experience supporting or leading transformation initiatives
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Strong business partnership capability
- Proficiency with forecasting tools, financial systems, automation, and AI-enabled analysis
- Demonstrated leadership capability
