Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Shared Services to oversee and coordinate all activities required to ensure accurate accounts receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, controls, systems, compliance, accounting, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • 10 years' Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience in an automated financial environment
  • 5 years' experience managing a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Experience leading a team of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable professionals
  • Comprehensive knowledge of multiple AR/AP systems, workflows, and integration with other accounting systems in a financial services environment
  • Excellent knowledge of and background in AR & AP policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of general accounting practices and procedures to include a good understanding of accruals and prepaid accounts
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
