Senior Manager FP&A Performance Management Corporate: responsible for managing key financial planning and performance management processes, developing and implementing prescriptive formats for performance management analysis, and overseeing and preparing internal and external reporting metrics and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Minimum BS; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of eight to ten years of progressive working experience in both Agribusiness and Finance-related functions, with a proven track record in FP&A.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing direct reports.
