Role OverviewWe're looking for a Senior Manager, Global Quality – Cosmetics & U.S. Product Quality to serve as our U.S.-based Quality lead for our global cosmetic business, while also supporting U.S. quality activities for our biologic products.
What You Will Do
You'll own quality oversight for cosmetic products marketed or planned for commercialization in the United States, working closely with our Korea, Canada, and Australia teams to drive a consistent global approach to cosmetic quality.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline
- Typically 7–10 years of progressive Quality Assurance experience in pharmaceutical, biologic, cosmetic, medical device, or related life-sciences industries
- Strong experience working within regulated Quality Management Systems
- Experience with complaint handling and coordinating investigations with external manufacturers or manufacturing sites
- Experience developing and maintaining SOPs and controlled documents within an electronic QMS
- Experience working with international teams, manufacturing sites, or global supply chains
