Role Overview

Order.co is seeking a Director of Go-to-Market Operations to build and scale the operating infrastructure that powers our revenue organization. This leader will own the architecture, systems, data flows, and operational processes that connect our customer-facing teams.

What You Will Do

Design scalable system architecture, data strategy, and AI-powered workflows to improve operational efficiency and productivity across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Account Management.

7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Business Operations, Sales Operations, or related disciplines, with deep expertise in HubSpot administration, architecture, and ecosystem management.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Business Operations, Sales Operations, or related disciplines
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot administration, architecture, and ecosystem management
  • Experience designing complex system integrations and operational workflows
  • Strong understanding of modern GTM technology stacks, APIs, automation tools, and data platforms
  • Experience implementing AI, workflow automation, or agent-based solutions within business operations
  • Ability to translate business objectives into scalable systems and operational processes
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder leadership skills
