Role OverviewOrder.co is seeking a Director of Go-to-Market Operations to build and scale the operating infrastructure that powers our revenue organization. This leader will own the architecture, systems, data flows, and operational processes that connect our customer-facing teams.
What You Will Do
Design scalable system architecture, data strategy, and AI-powered workflows to improve operational efficiency and productivity across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Account Management.

- Ability to translate business objectives into scalable systems and operational processes
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams
