Role Overview

As Senior Manager, Growth Ops & Strategy, you'll be the strategic and operational engine behind our growth function: setting the analytical foundation, building the systems that make patient growth predictable, and driving the cross-functional execution that turns ambitious targets into results.

What You Will Do

Set the growth strategy, lead the annual and quarterly OKR process, build the analysis needed to support growth decisions, turn analysis into clear recommendations for leadership, identify and size new opportunities for the team to pursue, build the analytics engine and growth tech stack, and drive cross-functional execution.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in Growth Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy & Operations, or a similar role within a high-growth healthcare or multi-site services organization
  • A bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building models, designing dashboards, and using data to drive business decisions
  • A proven track record leading complex, cross-functional projects from strategy through execution
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complexity and create clarity in ambiguous environments
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • A high level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through, with a bias toward action and execution
