Role OverviewLead collaboration with clinical, operational, and financial teams to ensure effective billing processes and workflows within TBHC healthcare organization. This role requires flexibility of schedules and working hours.
What You Will Do
Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Epic Hospital Billing (HB)/ Resolute application, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to manage timelines effectively.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Computer Systems, or other related field
- Experience working on medium to large size projects of five hundred (500) to one thousand plus (1,000+) hours
- Experience working in a Healthcare environment
- Knowledge of the client areas function and systems, technology alternatives, and ability to work effectively with client and IT management and staff
- Knowledge of applications security and control procedures in accordance with departmental, vendor standards and regulatory bodies
- Proficient in using Epic HB tools and familiarity with reporting tools such as crystal reports and data analysis software
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and mange timelines effectively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member across multiple teams
- Ability to independently research and perform analysis to resolve complex issues
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Work PowerPoint, etc.)
