Role OverviewThe HR Business Partner is responsible for driving and aligning business objectives and HR priorities for our North America Aerosol and Beverage operations. The role will work closely with the NA A&B and plant leadership teams to develop and drive HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and employee engagement.
What You Will Do
Serve as an advisor to senior leaders, shape the NA A&B HR strategy, support cross-functional projects, counsel senior managers on employee relations issues, and maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management.
