Job Description
The Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to corporate leadership and a trusted advocate for employees within a 400+ person manufacturing organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; HR or related field preferred (advanced degree a plus).
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience; prior HRBP experience required.
  • Manufacturing, operations, or CPG experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading change initiatives and culture transformation programs.
  • Strong employee relations expertise in environments with hourly and professional workforces.
  • High business acumen with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Exceptional communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ability to cultivate a collaborative team environment
