Requirements

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term HR strategies that advance business goals and align with BD’s global HR strategy.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to site leadership, providing insight, data, and counsel on talent, workforce planning, engagement, organizational effectiveness, and culture.
  • Lead compensation planning activities with leadership to ensure reward decisions support performance differentiation and drive desired organizational outcomes.
  • Drive and facilitate the annual performance management and development process, ensuring principles and process of pay - for -performance are met
  • Act as a trusted HR business partner and coach to leaders, supporting effective people leadership, decision-making, and development of high-performing teams.
  • Coach managers in the effective use of Workday and HR processes to manage and optimize their workforce.
  • Lead succession planning, talent reviews, and development activities.
  • Serve as the site’s talent advisor and champion, ensuring strong, diverse successor pipelines for critical roles.
  • Partner closely with the Associate Service Center (ASC) and AccessHR teams to understand ER trends, resolve escalated issues, and proactively address emerging concerns.
  • Support and guide business teams through organizational changes
  • Use HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, measure effectiveness of HR programs and provide data driven insights to business leaders
