Role OverviewThis position will be a key leader in the adidas Indy organization, involved in strategic planning and tactical decision making. Provide effective leadership and direction for the Inbound Distribution Operations in Indianapolis, with full accountability for all aspects of Inbound Distribution departments.
What You Will Do
Manage all aspects of people and processes of Inbound Distribution departments, devise a strategic vision for Inbound Distribution Operations, and maintain a focus on operational efficiencies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Distribution or Logistics (or like discipline)
- 5-7 Years of management experience in a distribution/logistics environment (or like industry)
- Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to influence cross-functional teams
