Role OverviewAs a Senior Manager, Industrial Hygiene, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for Industrial Hygiene programs supporting DePuy Synthes operations. This role is responsible for protecting employee health by identifying, evaluating, and controlling workplace health hazards, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards, and driving continuous improvement across IH processes.
What You Will Do
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Industrial Hygiene programs, including exposure assessment, hazard evaluation, and risk mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with applicable IH, EHS, and occupational health regulations and internal DePuy Synthes standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, Environmental Health, Safety Engineering, or a related scientific or engineering discipline
- Typically 8-10 years of progressive experience in Industrial Hygiene and/or Environmental, Health & Safety roles within a regulated manufacturing or life sciences environment
- Demonstrated expertise in IH exposure assessment, monitoring methodologies, and control strategies
- Experience leading IH programs, projects, or initiatives with measurable impact on employee health and compliance
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. occupational health regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, ACGIH)
- Proven ability to influence and partner with cross-functional stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
