Role OverviewThe Senior Manager of Technology, Data, Privacy, and Third-Party Risk Legal Services at Aetna Center of Excellence (COE) is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing privacy incident response, operations and technology solutions that protect sensitive data across the organization.
What You Will Do
Conduct privacy incident investigations, help oversee privacy incident response, and draft privacy policies and documentation related to privacy incidents, remediation and investigations.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Privacy, healthcare, data governance, risk management, compliance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of expertise in healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and other Privacy regulations, CMS requirements, and state privacy laws.
- Proven track record in investigating and handling privacy incident response, from start to finish
- Experience with privacy policies and working with stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies, applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Strong understanding of data protection principles and best practices in privacy and security.
- Experience in managing privacy incident investigations, HIPAA risk assessments, and State law breach analysis.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive privacy initiatives and respond to data breaches.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex privacy concepts to diverse audiences.
