Senior Manager Information Technology

The Senior Manager, Information Technology provides strategic leadership and operational oversight across designated IT domains. This role ensures delivery of technology solutions, governance, and continuous improvement aligned with organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• Expertise in vendor and contract management, including negotiation and performance oversight

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence at all organizational levels
• Proven ability to drive innovation, digital transformation, and process optimization
• Deep understanding of IT service delivery, project management methodologies (Agile, ITIL), and emerging technologies
• Lead diverse, high-performing teams across designated IT domains with a focus on strategic outcomes
