Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing who deeply understands advanced traders and investors in the U.S. market. The role requires a strong sense of how active stock, options, crypto, and prediction market traders think, trade, and evaluate platforms. You should be able to identify their real needs, pain points, and decision drivers, and translate those insights into compelling product positioning, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies that grow our U.S. retail brokerage business.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement comprehensive Integrated Marketing strategies aligned with overall business growth objectives, with a strong focus on user acquisition, investor growth, and engagement. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across branding, performance marketing, influencer marketing, 3rd-party partnerships, and social media, with tailored messaging and value propositions for different partner and investor segments.

A strong personal investment experience and a deep understanding of financial markets, particularly stocks, ETFs, and options, are highly preferred. A strong passion for investing and demonstrated ability to understand and engage with retail investors is highly preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior role, preferably in financial services or retail brokerage.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel marketing strategies
• Experience with Digital marketing / Influencer Marketing / Brand Marketing / Social Media Marketing
• Experience with financial services marketing and familiarity with regulatory requirements.
• Strong personal investment experience and a deep understanding of financial markets, particularly stocks, ETFs, and options.
