Senior Manager, Internal Controls & Risk Management - Retail position responsible for improving retail risk and internal controls framework, leading initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness of business processes, and managing risk management lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in US based retail related functions or economic crime investigation
  • 5+ years people manager experience for virtual and local teams
  • 2+ years exposure to omnichannel risk identification and risk management
  • University degree or tertiary education
  • Strong leadership profile
  • Experience in performing risk assessments and identifying key business and financial risks
  • Ability to bridge strategic, tactical, and operational business concepts and developments
  • Strong in analytics and reporting
  • Excellent project management and process management skills
  • Fluent in English and local administrative language
  • Previous exposure to retail with understanding of omnichannel processes
